The first official presentation of my Coaching Out framework. The Instrumental leadership team engaged with the ideas, and challenged my thinking in a great way, allowing me to go beyond the Roblox culture in which I had first developed the approach. Case in point: The team resonated with the principles and systematic thinking, but pushed back on the idea of ‘fit’ as imprecise. This lead me later to develop the foundational idea of Coaching Out: Probabily of Success. The session also inspired me to write IMPACT.
